Read and comment upon the New York State Department of Education (NYSED) draft technology plan

In May 2009 the NYSED published a draft of their statewide educational technology plan. They have been seeking input from a variety of stakeholders through regional meetings meetings, surveys, and requests for comments on their website.

Unfortunately, these avenues of input have not been well publicized. Many stakeholders are not aware of the NYSED draft plan. Please visit the NYSED Tech Plan Page and download a copy of the draft.

This site, using digress.it, allows you to read and comment upon each paragraph of the NYSED Tech Plan. Stakeholders can share thoughts and ideas regarding the plan. Hopefully this will serve as a platform for broadening the discussion.
